Maria was extremely knowledgeable.  As soon as we would walk into a property, she would immediately point out things I would have probably never noticed. She pin pointed the good, bad and ugly. Even though at times I didn’t want to hear it! Haha !! many times we fall in love and tend to want to ignore things that are IMPORTANT! We tend to loose sight and even consider going way over market value.  She took care of me and my daughter like family!  She asked me to be patient that I would find my forever home and she was right!

Crazy enough, I was unable to place an offer on the home I fell in love with as I had to take care of some issues on my credit which took longer then expected. The crazy part is that a month later, I found my home THE home ! The one I would not only fall in love with but the one which has all the same characteristics of the first home, same layout and my beautiful brick wall with chimney.

If you're on here looking at reviews to hire, you can stop looking. Maria is by bar the best agent I have ever worked with. She's extremely communicative at all hours of the days. She knows the best areas and the comps for everything I was looking for. She even came to my home inspection to make sure nothing was skipped or overlooked. She's passionate about her profession and takes it very serious. I am glad I was able to find my home with Maria.
